Refund Policy
For Pressure Test credits.
1. What you can buy
Pressure Test credits: 1 credit for $14.99 or 5 credits for $49.99. One credit runs one Pressure Test, on a site or on an idea. There are no subscriptions and no renewals. Credits never expire.
2. Unused credits
If you have not used a credit, ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund it in full. For a 5-credit pack with some credits used, we refund the unused credits at the pack's per-credit rate of $9.99 each, rounded down to the cent.
3. A report that failed
If a report did not generate, came back empty, or analysed the wrong URL because of our error, we restore the credit or refund it, whichever you prefer.
4. A report you disagree with
A completed report is not refundable because you disagree with its score. If you think it got a fact about your site wrong, tell us and we will check it.
5. How to ask
Email hello@ideatotraffic.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please write to us first. We would rather refund than argue.
7. If we discontinue the Pressure Test
We refund every unused credit.
