What this site collects, who receives it, and how to get it deleted.
Who we are
Idea to Traffic is a website operated by Edgewater Media LLC, 274 E Eau Gallie Blvd #250, Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937. For anything on this page, write to hello@ideatotraffic.com.
What this site collects
If you are reading a guide or using a calculator, this site collects nothing about you beyond the analytics and advertising cookies described below. Specifically:
- Calculator inputs stay in your browser. The numbers you type into the AdSense, Time to First Dollar, Break-Even and Growth calculators are never sent anywhere. The arithmetic runs on your device.
- Checklist progress is stored in your browser's localStorage and never sent to us. Clearing your browser data clears it, and it does not follow you to another device.
- The free Site Checker sends only the URL you enter to our server so it can fetch that page and run its structural checks. We do not store the URL against any identity, because there is no account involved in using it.
- The contact form collects the name you choose to give, your email address and your message, so we can reply.
If you buy a Pressure Test, we additionally hold your email address, the URLs and answers you entered in the form, your remaining credit balance and your report history. Logging in works by a link emailed to you that expires 15 minutes after it is sent, or by Google sign-in. Payments are handled by our payment processor; full card numbers never reach this site and we never see them.

Advertising cookies
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and opt out of other vendors at aboutads.info.
EEA, UK and Switzerland
Visitors in these regions see a consent message from a Google-certified consent management platform before any advertising or analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy choices link in the footer.
US state privacy rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia and other states with comparable laws may request access to the personal information we hold, request its deletion, and request that we correct it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the advertising cookies described above, which you can turn off using the links in that section. To make a request, email hello@ideatotraffic.com with the subject "Privacy request". We do not charge for this and we do not require you to create an account to ask.
How long we keep things
Pressure Test reports and credit balances are kept until you ask us to delete your account, at which point both go. Contact form messages are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' own retention setting. Checklist progress is not ours to keep or delete, because it never leaves your browser.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to processing. Write to hello@ideatotraffic.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes materially we update the date at the top and log the change on What's New.
